What do you risk being a successful woman?

Always dangerous to generalise from a sample of 1 but the Coles much publicized marital break up leaves me very depressed. Cheryl isn't exactly a role model for feminism but at least she has a career and is getting on with it. Shattering to discover that your other half would rather pick up WAGS in bars. I hope there's a bigger pattern here but it does rather look as if women have discovered they can't have their cake and eat it - so  have to choose whether to pander to male insecurity at the cost of their own. Another victory for evolutionary biology? I hope not - I have daughters and hope they don't have to disguise their characters, intellects or achievements to keep the attention of a man.
