My colleague Steve Phillips who rejoices in the title of Chief Happiness Officer here at Spring Research is giving a webinar on Monday June 20th under the auspices of the international research organisation ESOMAR. His topic: How new thinking from Behavioural Economics changes the way we look at and conduct research.
Research is undergoing dramatic changes. From being a kind of lab that somehow regulated our understanding of what motivates people we are moving towards a much less rationalised take on how people actually behave (which unsurprisingly) is rather different from the way they claim to behave.
The websinar is free so if the topic intrigues you - (and it ought to) then register here.
