The cost of commitment

I heard today that 13 adult Christians were baptised in Baghdad last year. Of whom 11 have been killed. Which means that candidates for baptism now have to face a new question. Do you realise the likely consequences of what you are about to do? Apparently they do. Because they are still coming forward. I honour them and remember them in my prayers.
